On 25 May 2018 new legislation is coming into force - GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations)

In order for you to continue to receive SMS (text) messages to confirm appointment bookings, reminders and other messages related to your health care or the surgery you do need to give your consent.

If you have online access you can do this by logging onto SystmOnline and choosing the 'Account' option then select 'Change Contact Details'. Scroll down to Telephone Numbers and click the 'Yes' button to allow SMS messaging.

If you do not have access to SystmOnline and you wish to continue to receive text messages please see reception for a form to complete.

Without your written and signed consent you will no longer receive text messages after the 25th May 2018.
