During November, our team of receptionists who answer your calls, received a total of 11,557 calls.
We had 311 patients who did not attend their appointments during November.
This amounts to a staggering 51.83 hours of wasted clinical time.
If you cannot attend your appointment, please call the Practice and press option 2 to leave a message.
