Demand

In November our receptionists answered 7,360 calls. We had 354 patients that did not attend their appointment in November – this is a staggering 58 hours of clinical time wasted. Please be kind to our receptionists, who are under pressure daily.

Surgery Closed

Fern House Surgery will be Closed on Wednesday 11th December 2024 from 12.00pm (midday) for time to learn.

Phlebotomist

We are now offering blood tests for our patients Tues, Wed, Thurs & Friday mornings. You can book these appointments online and via the NHS app.
