JUNE 2024 In June, our receptionists answered 11,333 calls. We had 207 patients that did not attend their appointment in June – this is a staggering 34.5 hours of clinical time wasted. Please be kind to our receptionists, who are under pressure daily.

Please Note Results from tests and messages sent from Fern House Reception cannot be discussed at the front desk. You will need to call Fern House Reception after 14:00. This is to reduce queuing and for confidentiality reasons. Please remember you can view test results, prescriptions, and your medical records on the NHS app.
